What are the hours of operations?

We are opened 6 days a week from 9am to 8pm. The hours may be effected during statutory holidays. Our online booking system is available to guarantee service. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

The preferred method is to book online as we cannot guaratee service or the wait time maybe longer. Please call to book an walk-in appointment.

How do the mobile services work?

All the services offered on the wesbite provides detail insight.Simply select book option and select date/time slot.

Are all the services prepaid?

  • Online booking for in-person services only requires 30% depoits of the total costs. 

  • Mobile services required 100% deposit of the total costs

Are the deposits refundable?

No, deposit are non-refundable. However, if you cancel or reschedule the appointment we can credit the deposit amount for the next service. 

What happens to my deposit if I miss my appointment?

If you miss an appointment, your deposit will be available to be used as store credit for 90 days from appointment.

What are the cancellation policies?

  • In-person booking 48 hours

  • Mobile booking 7 days in advance

What should I expect during the visit?

We strive to provide each guest's with excellent service and ensure we meet your expectations. Please be prepared for the service and consultations. 

Should I sign up as a member?

Absolutely, as member you will have the options to manage all your booking and save your details for future services. 

What method of payments are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Amex, Debit & Cash.
